Jomer Ruiz is a mediator with Mediation Services. His focus is on incident-based mediation and private prosecutions. He completed Peacemaking Training at Conrad Grebel University College and has begun incorporating circles in his facilitations. Jomer holds a BA in Criminal Justice and Conflict Resolution Studies from the University of Winnipeg and Menno Simmons College.
Jomer is passionate about addressing the systemic societal barriers that his participants face and giving them a voice to share their experiences. He is excited to put this passion into facilitating the Giving Voices to Value program.
Jomer is a first-generation Canadian who grew up in a bicultural household. He loves Broadway musicals, camping, and piano.
