Nilufer Rahman is a Winnipeg-based independent filmmaker. As a Canadian Muslim of Bangladeshi heritage, Nilufer views film as a powerful medium where diverse and marginalized voices can find expression. In 2010 she and her sister Saira established Snow Angel Films and have since produced well-received films such as Arctic Mosque, Prairie Mosque and Letter To A Terrorist.
